About STCnet Project Opportunities
The Project Opportunities board lists active Requests for Proposals (RFPs), joint venture tenders, and subcontracting calls curated for STCnet consultants. This platform enables members to pool their expertise and submit competitive, multi-disciplinary bids for large-scale contracts.
Bidding and Proposal Guidelines
To maintain the high standards of the STCnet network, all joint bids must comply with our network procedures. Consultants bidding together must execute a standard STCnet Joint Venture Agreement prior to proposal submission. A template can be requested from the admin resources. Additionally, ensure all subcontracted members are compensated according to the network's minimum baseline rate card.
Quarterly Award Insights
Additionally, the procurement committee publishes quarterly reports detailing successful contract awards, win rates, and average consortium sizes. These insights help member teams optimize their pricing strategies and coordinate bids more effectively for upcoming public tenders.
Coordinating Teams
When you identify an opportunity that requires multiple areas of expertise, you can create a call specifying the required skill codes, experience levels, and estimated workload. Then, use the Consultant Directory to identify and invite qualified members to your proposal team.
Opportunity Submission
Full opportunity submission forms and tracking tools will be introduced in the Phase 2 rollout. Currently, the board displays curated public and private sector tenders updated daily by the STCnet procurement desk. For urgent opportunities that you wish to broadcast to the network immediately, please submit the project details directly to the coordinator email list.
Review & Compliance Checks
To ensure high standards and reduce contract risk, all proposals coordinated through the portal can undergo an optional peer review by the STCnet advisory board. This review checks for price consistency, liability exposure, and geographic compliance. We encourage all members to submit draft bids at least five business days prior to the official RFP deadline.
